Government has stopped giving NOC to students
The Nepalese government has finally decided to act on the issue of Corona virus. In a meeting held in Baluwatar on Sunday (1st of March), the cabinet of ministers decided to stop handing out No Objection Certificate (NOC) for students going abroad for higher education.
Currently, as per our sources, the Ministry of Education has put hold on providing No Objection letters to students planning their abroad studies to the countries mentioned below: China, S. Korea, Italy, Iran, Japan, France, Germany, Spain, Singapore, USA, Hong Kong, Kuwait, Bahrain, Thailand, Taiwan U.K. Australia, Switzerland, Malaysia, Canada, Iraq, Norway, UAE, Austria, Netherlands, Vietnam, Sweden Lebanon Israel Macao iceland, San Marino, Belgium, Croatia, Ecuador, Finland, Greece, Qatar and India
Along with stopping to give out No objection letter to students, the cabinet of ministers also put a hold on #visitnepal2020.
